Viewing your balance
After sign-in, the dashboard hero card shows Service Balance in Naira. Use it to pay feature fees and send transfers inside TrustNet Bank.
Adding funds
Open Fund Wallet, enter at least ₦5,000, pick a method, and confirm.
Sending money
Use the 4-step wizard under Send Money. Review the debit (amount + ₦500 fee) then confirm. A receipt is stored automatically.
Tracking a parcel
Paste a real carrier tracking number (DHL, UPS, FedEx and others). The public page at /track/… loads the live 17TRACK carrier feed. Status is not simulated — Refresh pulls the latest checkpoint from the carrier.
