Educational Platform Disclaimer

TrustNet Bank is an educational digital banking platform designed to teach users how to navigate and use digital banking systems. It is NOT a licensed financial institution, bank, or money service business. No real-world funds are processed through this platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrustNet Bank you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

The platform exists to teach digital banking interfaces, demonstrate how local and international banking screens operate, and provide hands-on experience with transfers, receipts, and alerts. TrustNet is not regulated as a bank, is not authorised to hold or transfer real money, and is not insured by any deposit scheme.

3. Naira wallet

Funds added to your Naira wallet have no monetary value outside this platform, cannot be withdrawn or cashed out, and cannot be transferred to real bank accounts. Feature fees deduct from Service Balance only.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use TrustNet artefacts (receipts, SMS, support pages, images) to impersonate a bank, solicit funds, or deceive any person. Misuse is grounds for immediate account termination.
