Refund Policy

TrustNet Bank is an educational platform. Service Balance has no cash value. No real money is collected, so there are no cash refunds to issue.

If a purchase (virtual number, SMS, website) fails to complete inside the app, the corresponding fee is credited back to your Service Balance automatically or on request via the help assistant.

Opening-balance grants (₦450,000 on first login) are promotional account credits and cannot be converted to currency.
